Reginald Mbawuike Honored With The “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” Award at IFAH Las Vegas, 2021

Las Vegas, Nevada — June 28, 2021 — Reginald Mbawuike was honored with the prestigious “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” award for his significant and tangible contributions towards the healthcare industry at the fifth edition of IFAH — International Forum for Advanced Healthcare, held at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, USA on June 23–25, 2021.

Reginald Mbawuike is the Founder/COO of Generating Innovation Ventures & Enterprises (GIVE) Inc. and the Mobile Health Technology Fellow at Harvard’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences. He was one of the first five directors of the International Economic Alliance, where he served for five years as Director of Strategic Partnerships. He is also the lead innovator for the GIVE telehealth app.

In his most recent role with the mental health branch of Optum, Reginald provided the health research analysis using big data responsible for assessing all of the medication for the pediatric visits with psychiatric participation for 95% of the pediatric visits in the State of Massachusetts. He has lectured on topics such as IT, mobile health, and international economic development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, Wellesley College, Yale University, and Harvard University.

When asked about his experience at IFAH, he commented, “It has been really good. I’ve met so many people from so many different work profiles under the vast healthcare space. We have almost more than 300 people in the room with different kinds of innovative ideas and that has been the most rewarding part of IFAH.”

His dedication towards the development of the healthcare industry led to his nomination, and ultimately to the big win at IFAH Las Vegas, 2021.
