Neurointerview Honored With The “Top 50 Companies in Health Care” Award at IFAH, Vegas 2019

Las Vegas, Nevada — July 1, 2019 — The “Top 50 Health Care Companies” award and distinction was bestowed upon Neurointerview after a review of numerous leading-edge health care companies and candidates by the International Forum on Advancements in Health Care.

Neurointerview is an Oklahoma based Limited Liability Corporation that was started by Dr. Patrick Hutton in 2018. The company works with non-health care companies and individuals as well. Till date, the model has a 100% success rate of employee retention 1-year post hire, with employee and employer satisfaction rates being 98%.

When asked about his vision for the company, Dr. Patrick Hutton, CEO and Founder of Neurointerview, said,“We have a 5 year growth projection of 45% and the main thing we’re doing now is working with health care systems and all other employers to really find ways we can reduce burnout and reduce job related health issues as well. We know it’s a growing field and its a multi-billion dollar issue for health care systems and all other employers in general.”

Dr. Hutton currently serves as a clinical assistant professor of family medicine and has over a decade of experience working in a large health system setting, which enabled him to witness the detrimental effects that high employee turnover can have on system finances, employee satisfaction and patient care. Additionally, he is a consultant at BCBS of Oklahoma and holds two faculty appointments at the University of Oklahoma, one in the College of Medicine — Department of Family Medicine and one in the Department of Psychology. Furthermore, he has over 12-years of senior level leadership experience in both the public and private sector. His experience crosses several fields including value-based health care, population health management, business strategy, and developing neuroscience based models that use artificial intelligence to measure and predict human emotion in high stress settings.
