Ms. Denise Lettau Recognized With The “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” Award At IFAH Las Vegas, 2020–21

Las Vegas, Nevada — June 28, 2021 — Ms. Denise Lettau, VP of Strategic Initiatives at National Care Advisors, was honored with the “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” award for her exceptional contributions to the healthcare industry at the fifth edition of IFAH — International Forum On Advancements In Healthcare, held at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, USA on June 23–25, 2021.

Ms. Lettau has worked primarily as a Trust Advisor with expertise in special needs trusts. Her clientele was almost exclusively individuals that received settlements as a result of injuries and it was her passion for serving individuals with special needs and/or disabilities that led her to the healthcare industry.

After graduation, Ms. Lettau worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of International Law in Kiel, Germany, and later after the fall of the Berlin Wall, she worked as a Senior Lecturer at Humboldt University in Berlin. Later, Ms. Lettau practiced law before entering the banking industry. Her banking career was entirely focused on servicing the disabled and/or elderly. She worked for an eight-year stint at SunTrust Bank as a Trust Advisor, followed by nearly five years at Wells Fargo as a Senior Advisory Specialist in the area of Life Management Services which catered to the needs and concerns of older clientele.

She has come full circle with her current position at National Care Advisors which is known for providing comprehensive care management and quality of life consulting services to attorneys, fiduciaries, trustees, and wealth advisors who work with clients living with special needs challenges throughout the U.S.

Her impactful projects, her leadership capabilities, and her commitment to serving seniors, and people living with disabilities led to her nomination and ultimately, to her selection for the prestigious honor.

When asked about her vision for the future, she commented, “We are all about planning, where our focus is to help people plan for their health-related finances. The idea is to have a plan for life & aging. This way people can care for their loved ones with a long-term perspective.”
