Jordana Latozas Recognized With The “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” Award At IFAH Las Vegas, 2020–21
Las Vegas, Nevada — June 28, 2021 — Jordana Latozas (ACNP), was honored with the “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” award for her exceptional contributions to the healthcare industry at the fifth edition of IFAH — International Forum On Advancements In Healthcare, held at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, USA on June 23–25, 2021.
Jordana is the President and Founder of the Recovery Mobile Clinic, a local Michigan-based non-profit organization that provides de-addiction treatment in underserved communities.
She obtained her Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) from the University of Detroit Mercy (UDM). There, she obtained community nursing experience working at the free clinic in inner-city Detroit, as well as interacting with shelters. With extensive ICU experience at the Detroit Medical Center, she has worked in the fields of interventional pain management, chronic pain, hospice and palliative care, neurosurgery, physical medicine, and rehabilitation.
Her impactful projects, her leadership capabilities, and her commitment to helping people living with addiction get on the path to recovery led to her nomination and ultimately, to her selection for the prestigious honor.
When asked about her vision for the future, she commented, “We believe that it is the passion & the mission we have for serving our community that propels us forward with the Recovery Mobile clinic to help more & more people as we keep on growing.”
