Dr. Hazem Daaji Receives the “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” Award at IFAH Dubai, 2019.

Dubai — December 16, 2019 — Dr. Hazem Daaji, Chief Medical Officer at Al Zahra Hospital, Sharjah, was honored with the “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” award for his contributions to the healthcare industry at IFAH — International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare (formerly known as the Smart Health Conference). The international conference was held at Le Meridien, Dubai on December 16–18, 2019.

Besides being the Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Hazem has also been serving as the Head of the Anesthesia Department at Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah since 2005. He is an expert in general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, labor epidural anesthesia, and epidural and peripheral nerve blocks.

Dr. Daaji received the Facharzt of Anaesthesia (2001) and the Facharzt of Intensive Care (2003) from the German Medical Association and completed his medical studies from Leipzig University in Germany (1988–1994).

The “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” is a recognition conceptualized by IFAH to felicitate individuals for ideating innovations in healthcare. A subsidiary of Prism Events, IFAH aims to set a standard of excellence in the realm of healthcare services and delivery by honoring the brightest leaders and organizations from all around the world.
