Dr. Brian Froelke Recognized With The “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” Award at IFAH Las Vegas, 2020–21

Las Vegas, Nevada — June 28, 2021 — Dr. Brian Froelke, Chief Medical Officer at FluidIQ, was conferred with the “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” award for his contributions to the healthcare industry at the fifth edition of IFAH — International Forum On Advancements In Healthcare, held at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, USA on June 23–25, 2021.

Dr. Froelke (MD, FACEP) is board certified in Emergency Medicine and holds a subspecialty certification in EMS. He is the Medical Director for Christian Hospital EMS and the associated municipalities. Dr. Froelke has also served in several political roles, such as regional EMS Medical Director for the Missouri East Central Region ( since 2007), and the State EMS Medical Director for Missouri (2013–2016). In addition to this, he participates in leadership and consultation roles for several organizations including the Missouri Disaster Response System, the Interstate Disaster Medical Collaborative, FluidIQ, the Center for Patient Safety and MedAware Solutions.

At FluidIQ, Dr. Froelke brings his years of experience and knowledge to help in the development of user-friendly breathing assistance devices for first responders and EMS that function without electricity, are portable, and are built for health emergencies.

When asked about his long-term goals and aspirations, he commented, “I want the providers to utilize their product that was reevaluated and completely revolutionized from a 60 year old technology. I am excited to replace another 60 year old technology — the bag valve mask, to help the patients be treated with lung protective ventilation and without causing any lung damage.”

His impactful and pioneering work, and his dedication to drive change in the industry led to his nomination and ultimately, to his selection for the prestigious honor.
