Dr. Amish Purohit Recognized With The “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” Award at IFAH Las Vegas, 2020–21.
Las Vegas, Nevada — June 28, 2021 — Dr. Amish Purohit, President and Chief Medical Officer at Arkos Health, Inc., was recognized with the “Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries” award for his exceptional contributions to the healthcare industry at the fifth edition of IFAH — International Forum On Advancements In Healthcare, held at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, USA on June 23–25, 2021.
Dr. Purohit is a seasoned Physician Executive and Business Leader with over 25 years of diverse healthcare operations experience in commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE business markets, and in the practice of medicine. His undertakings — US Health Systems (USHS) along with Arkos Health — are medical and healthcare tech organizations providing population health management for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries on behalf of government-sponsored health plans.
Prior to USHS/Arkos, Dr. Purohit was the Chief Medical Officer for Arizona Priority Care, an affiliate of the Heritage Provider Network. He honorably served over 16 years in the United States Air Force Medical Service Corps.
