Alejandra Boker Honored With The “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” Award At IFAH Las Vegas, 2021

Las Vegas, Nevada — June 28, 2021 — Alejandra Boker was honored with the prestigious “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” award for her significant and tangible contributions towards the healthcare industry at the fifth edition of IFAH — International Forum On Advancements In Healthcare, held at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, USA on June 23–25, 2021.

Alejandra is the Owner of Functional Bites, LLC., a nutrition company offering one-on-one counseling for those struggling with metabolic diseases, and nutrition classes for businesses looking to improve the health and productivity of their employees. She is also a certified practitioner in integrative and functional nutrition.

She is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and obtained her undergraduate degree from Purdue University, along with an MBA from Florida International University. With experience in a variety of areas, such as long term care, acute care, outpatient care, and employee wellness, Alejandra has been a registered dietitian for several years. Her dedication towards the development of the healthcare industry led to her nomination, and ultimately to the big win at IFAH Las Vegas, 2021.

When asked about her experience at IFAH, she commented, “The experience has been great and I have been able to meet a lot of different people and get to learn what they do. So, it has been great to be exposed to that.”
